Spiralling into the Light
R10000,00
Sometime in a yoga class, when I make a sudden head-turn, I can sense and see a bright light that quickly fades. Over the 28 years plus, the actual energy in the room has, in a way, been cleared. With the water, candle light, music, sounding of aums and other elements such as wood, metal and stones, as well as the practice itself, it is a place that can invite or be visited by higher vibrations or “presences’ not least because it flows into a secluded garden space.
Spiralling into the light is what a prolonged and regular authentic practice can do, we move into a brighter and purer soul-space. It is a subtle space of joy and contentment.
