Fishes Under Water

From 2014 onwards I designed a number of cards, drawn in pencil which were printed.
The fishes one, the last, was never printed and I used the basic idea here. It is one of the few paintings I have done so far. It is a design with nature as its theme, simple, bright and colourful. It shows how luminous paint can be and how the particular fish-shapes contrast with the movement of the blue-green water back-ground. They enhance each other! The work exudes a sense of freedom and aliveness,
